What will we learn from Greece?

I hope that the Americans pushing for a Socialist government in the USA are paying close attention to what is happening in Greece. It’s nice to demand a never-ending list of entitlements, calling each one a ‘basic human right,’ and then expect someone else to pay for them. Free healthcare, a free education, free food, free $$$, and a retirement age in the early fifty’s on top of it all. Nothing in life is free, but thank God we have the ability to earn it all ourselves if we are willing to apply ourselves not expect everyone else to carry us. The people of Greece seem to be more willing to see their country fold than to turn back any entitlements. Where do they think money comes from?

“The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.”
